JR230: Sales Manager
Location: UK Based
Salary: £60,000 Per Annum + Bonus
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Manager on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop business opportunities for MW radio equipment, Optics equipment, services and turnkey solutions.
- Being responsible for the sales budget and customers assigned
- Search and study new opportunities to be presented as business cases for approvals.
- For the approved opportunities, being accountable for all sales process phases (from the trial, to the commercial- contract negotiation and day do day delivery , up to invoice and payments)
- Collaborate and manage "cross-functional" activities involved in the sales cycle such as pre-sales, services, and customer support
- Detailed monthly report on opportunities/customers/competitors/issue, ect
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Telecommunications/Electronics.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Having know-how of Telco infrastructure market.
- Being aware of the purchasing process within Telco operators.
- Having a network of people both within operators and in the market.
- Technical experience is welcome.
- Availability to travel and weekly personally meet customers
