Join our dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the fast-paced automotive industry.Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our Sales team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, operations, and analytics within the luxury automotive industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about the automotive sector, has strong analytical skills particularly with Microsoft Excel and Tableau, and is eager to learn and contribute to our Sales team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Sales Support: Work closely with the Sales team to streamline processes and support sales initiatives. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and provide recommendations based on findings. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the sales operations function and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, Finance, and Global Headquarters, to support integrated sales strategies and initiatives. Documentation and Training: Assist in creating and updating sales operations documentation, training materials, and best practices guidelines. Ad hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Assistant Head of Sales & Product.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Interest in the automotive industry is a plus. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
