Job Title: Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Our client is keen to recruit an Administrator to join their growing team in Swindon on a temporary basis.
Job Requirements
- Maintaining documents.
- Producing and distributing summary letters following reviews.
- Maintaining of documentation
- Process, file and archive referrals.
- Maintaining the in house database.
- Providing any administrative assistance
- Data entry
- Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks including covering for other members of the team during periods of holiday and sickness absence.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to achieve high standards at all times and be able to use initiative and creativity.
- Positive 'can do' attitude, with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good IT/literacy and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and ability to take responsibility for own workload
- Good customer service skills
- A professional, approachable nature.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- GCSE's grade C or above in Maths and English
