- Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and inviting smile, making sure they feel comfortable and attended to. ??
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual, and taking accurate messages when necessary. ??
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing them with detailed information about vehicles, and guiding them to the dedicated sales or service staff. ????
- Efficiently schedule and confirm customer appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with the sales and service teams. ???
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence to support the smooth operation of the showroom. ??
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented reception area and showroom to create a lasting positive impression. �?�?
�? What You Need to Succeed �?
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in reception or administration, where you have showcased your exceptional communication skills. ??????
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous phone manner. ?????
- Friendly and approachable attitude, able to handle customer inquiries with patience and a can-do mindset. ??
?? Salary: £13.15 per hour ??
? Hours: Mondays only, 7am - 5pm ?
