We are currently seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be known internally as Senior Innovator.

The Role
As a Senior Product Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and overcoming design challenges in our products.
Specifically, you will be creating new balcony-related products, developing creative solutions to potential problems, fostering innovation and ensuring we remain at the forefront of our industry.
You will be given specific new product initiatives to lead the design, commercial aspects and implementation through the business to enhance our market competitiveness.
Collaborating closely with your colleagues in the Innovation / R&D and Preconstruction teams, you will translate visionary ideas into practical and impactful designs. The groundbreaking concepts you generate will drive our growth and make a lasting impact on our prosperity.
Additionally, you will:
- Contribute to the collection, prioritisation and scoping of new product innovations
- Research new markets and understand their technical and compliance challenges
- Project manage specific R&D product developments
- Support the Operations Team during the implementation of new innovations
- Use sketches, 2D and 3D tools
- Arrange models and prototypes to test new ideas
About You
To be considered as a Senior Product Development Manager, you will need:
- Experience in the construction or engineering field
- Experience in innovation or R&D, with a proven track record of successful product development
- Experience in 2D and 3D design, with the ability to translate ideas into designs
- The ability to think creatively and outside-the-box
- A deep understanding of relevant regulations
- A proactive and determined approach to addressing issues and driving innovation
- A full, valid driving licence
