Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking an Administrator who is proficient in clerical support, databases, and Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a focus on accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in database entry/cleansing, gift management, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or Customer Insights software.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Provide clerical support to various departments.
- Manage and update databases to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
- Handle correspondence and manage emails using Outlook.
- Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Perform data input with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in gift management tasks and maintain records.
- Use mass mailing/marketing tools as required for campaigns.
- Contribute to copywriting and communications tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in clerical support and basic administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience with database entry and cleansing.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Customer Insights software, or similar mass mailing/marketing tools.
- Basic copywriting and communications skills.
