Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the vibrant commercial team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in making applications for payment and supporting the commercial department in various duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit applications for payment.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
- Support the commercial team with financial and contractual administration.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Contribute to project planning and scheduling.
Requirements:
- A degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying (preferred).
- Background in construction.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- No previous experience in landscaping is required.
