My large client in the utilities sector is currently looking for an experienced ITIL Process Specialist to join their team on a 6 month contract basis to design, develop and implement ITIL-based service management processes as part of my client's strategic program. This role focuses on project-based work rather than managing Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring that the designed processes align with the strategic goals of the IT programme and handed to BAU to run at the end of the Programme.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Training and Knowledge Transfer
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Skills that would make you successful in this role:
- Strong understanding of ITIL4 practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow,)
