Office Manager/ Office Administrator

I have taken an Office Administrator/ office Manager role based in Alresford for a Tax, Accountancy and Legal company. If you have any experience in this field it would be helpful or if you would like to work in this field that would also be good.

The role is based in the office in Alresford Monday to Friday and you would be working in a very small team so you will need to be able to manage your own workload and be self motivated. Ideally you will be a car driver because of the location.

The salary depending on experience is £28,000-£32,000.

HOURS: 37.5 hours, Monday- Friday, 9am - 5pm (30 minute lunch break) We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our client's team as an Administrator. In this role, you will provide essential support to the legal, accountancy, and business support teams. Your tasks will include scanning, post handling, printing, binding, answering phone calls, archiving, data entry, CRM inputting, and managing multiple databases.
