You'll Be Great If You Have:

  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; familiarity with Microsoft Office and general PC use.
  • A keen eye for detail, understanding that small errors can have significant impacts on project timelines.
  • An analytical, logical approach.

About the Role:

Under the guidance of our Operations Manager, you'll gather data from Excel, Google Sheets, and our in-house application, then accurately enter it into Google Sheets and Fast Field forms.

Additionally, you'll review installation notes to determine consumable requirements and prepare installation kits. Your work will ensure our installation teams are equipped with the right materials, helping to avoid costly errors and delays. There is scope to expand the role and your responsibilities as you gain experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and accurately enter data into Google Sheets and Fast Field forms.
  • Review installation notes to determine required consumables, packing kits accordingly.
  • Report any inventory shortages and maintain organised records.
