Responsibilities:
- Register and manage applicant details and property requirements.
- Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about available properties.
- Arrange and conduct market appraisals and property viewings.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Collaborate with team members to drive branch performance.
- Maintain and uphold high standards of customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Strong background in customer service and sales.
- Experience in estate agency is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
