Guaranteed Minimum Pension Leader
Fully Remote
Up to £120,000 DOE.
We are working with a Pension consultancy who are looking for a Guaranteed Minimum Pension Leader to join on a permanent.
Day to day responsibility:
- Leading the team as well as supporting on their professional development.
- Being responsible for the revenue generations across new and pre-existing business that is developed and participating in new client pitches when required to achieve this
- Demonstrating and promoting best practise, compliance and risk awareness
Experience:
- Been responsible for the management of a large team that would be working on multiple client projects focusing on GMP.
- Experience managing a team that carry out technical GMP calculations.
- Ability to show successful track record on delivering consultancy advice to corporate clients and Trustees.
