Recruitment Resourcer

Due to business growth, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Permanent division on a full time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a highly successful agency who offer brilliant progression and development opportunities.

The purpose of this role is to match suitable candidates to the job roles we are recruiting for. This would include monitoring job adverts, screening CV's and having detailed and thorough conversations with high volumes of candidates to ensure they are suitable for the positions we recruit for.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate high levels of commercial awareness through highlighting any risks / challenges they foresee on their desk. The successful candidate will have to be confident working in a fast paced and varied environment whilst working towards targets and KPI's.

Responsibilities:

  • Speaking to high volumes of candidates on job adverts or from applications
  • Thoroughly screening candidates whilst asking appropriate questions
  • Build and strengthen candidate relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, keeping track of compliance.
  • Manage client recruitment intakes, from resourcing of candidate to placement and maintaining service levels thereafter.
  • Work to monthly KPIs to achieve revenue targets.
  • Writing detailed job adverts
  • Formatting CV's
  • Sending out emails from our database
  • Accurately matching candidates to different job roles

Experience Needed:

  • You will be an excellent team player, strong communicator, and natural conversationalist.
  • Experience working with customers/ in a fast paced and demanding role.
  • Confident in dealing with a range of contacts / clients in a professional manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Problem solving and the ability to deal with any issues that may arise.
