Credit Controller - Our client is a pioneering credit control agency dedicated to revolutionising debt management within the leasehold supplier's sector. To help these growth plans, they are seeking a dynamic and proactive Credit Controller to join their ambitious team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing client relationships, overseeing debt recovery processes, and ensuring the financial stability of our client's expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Reducing Client current outstanding debtors balance
- Dealing with multiple large clients
- Chasing payment using the telephone, email (high volume)
- Dealing with and resolving client queries
- Assisting in the reconciliation of problem accounts
- Management of query resolution, chasing our partners where required
- Monitor and report on aged debtors reports weekly or as required
- Maintain active communication both internally and externally
- Dealing with day to day instructions
