Hoop Professional Services has an excellent opportunity, for an experienced Administrator, to join a highly renowned organisation, on a part time basis (17.5 hrs), based in Cardiff, for 3 months. This is a very exciting organisation to join!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative services.
- Maintain records on SharePoint and company drives.
- Manage suppliers and vendors
- Assist with transport compliance and vehicle records.
- Support building maintenance and contractor liaison.
- Administer stock levels
- Raise invoices and PO's
Essential Skills:
- Proven administrative experience.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and adaptability.
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to speak Welsh.
Salary: £25,000 per annum
