Customer Relations Officer - Social Housing

- Hourly pay: £15.47 per hour PAYE
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in social housing
We are seeking a Customer Relations Officer to join a Social Housing association, focusing on managing and resolving stage 1 complaints. This role is ideal for someone with a background in social housing and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely while being an integral part of our customer relations team.
Please Note: This role is remote and does not require you to go into the office, but you must be based within the UK
Day to day of the role:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling stage 1 complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role within social housing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with a calm and professional approach.
