Homebased (UK)
£30,000-40,000 + BONUS of upto£2,000 per quarter
If you are an Experienced Conveyancer with experience handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files in your own name, without supervision, we want to hear from you!! We supply you with the equipment to work from home, we have a large number of longstanding referrers of work, and control key panel relationships meaning that you can focus on providing the best service to clients.
With a competitive base salary, pay reviews in line with experience, career development and technical skillset, this opportunity would suit a conveyancer looking for a home working opportunity and the chance to earn a fantastic bonus of more than £8000 per annum based on client satisfaction and quality.
THE JOB
As an Experienced Conveyancer in one of our established teams, you will play a valuable part in contributing to the first-class service provided to clients and other third parties in all residential conveyancing matters, within a high-volume residential conveyancing environment.
There will also be an expectation that you will strengthen and build on your relationship with clients and third parties, putting them at the heart of what we do.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A HOME BASED CONVEYANCER
The main purpose of this role as a Conveyancer is to effectively run a conveyancing caseload containing freehold and leasehold transactions across sale and purchase, shared ownership, new build and other associated technical areas
- Handling a caseload of circa 100/120 files depending upon experience
- Managing sale and purchase of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and other technical areas
- Assisting others on the team with their matters
- Achieving a measured number of completions and working to a high standard
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE OF A HOME BASED CONVEYANCER
- A minimum of 3 years' experience of managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing case load
- Be IT literate with experience of using a case management system
- Be confident in communicating with clients
- Working to targets and deadlines to ensure the smooth completion of conveyancing transactions
