Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date case management.
- Handle and direct telephone enquiries.
- Manage client and third-party communications.
- Order searches and documents from HMLR.
- Prepare contract packs and completion files.
- Handle Help to Buy matters.
About you:
- The successful Property Paralegal will bring 6 months' plus conveyancing experience
- Experience with new builds and Help to Buy matters would be beneficial
