This is a well established business who has been around for over 25 years and have organically grown over that time.
They pride themselves in looking after their staff and have a fantastic management team who support, develop and value each employee in their teams.
They are now seeking a Fleet Administrator to join them permanently and can offer full or part time hours between 25 – 40 hours a week.

The Role of a Fleet Administrator:
- You will be providing overall support to the Fleet Manager
- Ensuring all vehicles have been safety checked and the system has been updated
- Booking in vehicles for MOTs, services and repairs
- Being responsible for any charges such as parking and speeding fines
- Liaising with third parties and internal teams with regards to the delivery of new fleet across any of the 6 offices
- When specific fleet is off road, coordinating relevant arrangements for rentals and car hires
- Working closely with garages and lease providers and keeping an eye on any cost savings that can be made
