Our client, an employee-owned fit-out contractor located in the Manchester area, is seeking an Estimator to join their team due to continued growth. The Estimator will primarily handle fast-track fit-out projects within the retail and hospitality sectors, managing projects from inception to completion. Project values typically range from £10k to £500k and are often expedited.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fast-track fit-out projects and a full driving license, as travel for work will be necessary. This role is predominantly office-based, with occasional site visits required (1 to 2 days per week).
Remote work is not an option for this position.
Estimator Position Overview:
- Join a fit-out contractor in the Manchester area
- Perform a variety of quantity surveying and estimating duties
- Manage nationwide fit-out projects, with occasional overnight stays (1 to 2 days per week)
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, primarily in the retail and hospitality sectors
- Handle projects ranging from £10k to £500k
- Limited tendering required, as most work is pre-allocated

Estimator Position Requirements:
- Previous experience with fast-track fit-out projects (shop-fitting)
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish
