Salary: £45,000 + £15,000 Bonus

Chapman Tate Associates is excited to partner with a premier Managed Service Provider (MSP) in search of a highly skilled and experienced Technical Account Manager. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology, adept at managing client relationships, and have a strong background in Managed Services, Public and Private Cloud, and Enterprise Software, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide expert guidance on Managed Services, Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Security, Infrastructure, Co-Location, Application Hosting, SaaS, IaaS, Networking, Enterprise Software, and Unified Communications.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored solutions leveraging cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and Office 365, ensuring clients maximize their investment in these platforms.
  • Lead technical discussions and presentations, demonstrating the value and capabilities of the MSP's service offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of services, addressing any technical issues or escalations promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Public and Private Cloud solutions, specifically AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Security, Infrastructure, Co-Location, Application Hosting, SaaS, IaaS, Networking, Enterprise Software, and Unified Communications.
  • In-depth understanding of both cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) are highly desirable.
