You will be responsible for coordinating member meetings, managing member communication distribution, and acting as a point of contact for customer enquiries. You will also deliver membership-related advice and administrative support to members, applicants and customers.
Responsibilities Included:
- Act as point of contact for enquiries- Deliver membership-related advice and administrative support to members, applicants and customers- Maintain and keep accurate records of members on the CRM system- Coordinate member meetingsSkills and Attributes:
- Administrative experience- Experienced in CRM system (or similar)- Organising events, reception/front of house experience- Membership experience (advantageous)- Proactive, Attention to Detail and forward thinking
