Description

  • Prospecting new business through lead generation.
  • Identifying client needs and presenting appropriate company product solutions.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to drive sales growth within key accounts.
  • Providing excellent customer service to key account clients.
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with products and services.
  • Meeting with clients in person when required.
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting on account activities.
  • Participating in team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Profile

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
