Senior UX/UI Product Designer - Surrey - Hybrid - £55,000 - £60,000
I am working with a utilities company looking to bring in an experienced Senior UX/UI Product Designer, to come in, create best practises and take full ownership moving forward.
You will be an experienced UX UI designer with excellent product background and focus. Your main focus will be on the customer and the user experience. In the role you will present design concepts and maintain a component library for the company's custom UI framework.

What you'll do as a Senior UX/UI Product Designer:
- Translate complex requirements and sketches into simple and appealing user interfaces
- Facilitate design meetings and workshops
- Collaborate between customers, product owners and the development team
- Deliver excellent user experiences to ensure efficient decision making
- Maintain style guidelines and a component library
- Support the release of new features whilst carrying out testing to improve the user experience
- Present design concepts to the internal product team and key stakeholders
- Champion the design and delivery process from discovery & research to interaction design & testing
What you'll bring as a Senior UX/UI Product Designer:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- A background and ability to tell a story visually and bring designs to life
- Excellent design/prototyping skills of applications for both web and mobile
- An ability to use customer feedback and data analytics to enhance the user experience
- Experience running workshops and engaging stakeholders
- A willingness to work within a dynamic, CI/CD environment
