Job Duties:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
2. Collaborate with various departments to analyse financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
3. Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
4. Provide financial guidance and support to senior management in evaluating business opportunities and risks.
5. Participate in financial planning and analysis, including cost management and revenue forecasting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in a similar financial business partnering role.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial business partnering role.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance or MBA.
- Experience in the accounting industry.
