Are you an experienced D365 professional with a knack for managing complex environments and optimizing performance? We are seeking a skilled D365 Specialist to join our team and take charge of our development, testing, staging, and production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Environment Management: Set up and manage various D365 environments, ensuring smooth operations across development, testing, staging, and production stages.
- Resource Management: Oversee environment resources, including database management and server configurations.
- Lifecycle Services (LCS): Utilize LCS to streamline and enhance environment management processes.
Functional Expertise:
- F&O Configuration & Implementation: Lead the configuration and implementation of Finance & Operations (F&O) modules.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for functional issues such as bad debt write-offs, AR GL reconciliation, and more.
- Problem Triage: Efficiently triage and resolve functional problems.
Technical Expertise:
- Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance of D365 environments through continuous monitoring and tuning.
- Financial Workflows: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of complex financial workflows.
- Technical Support: Offer technical support for F&O modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing D365 environments.
- Strong skills in database management and server configurations.
- Proficiency with Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Expertise in F&O configuration, implementation, and technical support.
- Ability to triage and resolve problems effectively.
- In-depth understanding of financial workflows.
