FRS are recruiting a part-time Bookkeeper for a well established SME based in Central Coventry.
- 2-3 days per week

Suitable candidates will have relevant experience within an SME environment & comfortable using Xero. Suitable candidates will be experienced taking accounts up to trial balance & have reported into external Accountancy Firms previously.
This role will cover an array of transactional finance duties & report into the MD. Alongside being able to complete the expected duties, the MD is ideally looking for a personable candidate who will integrate well into their small team.
Duties Will Include
- Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Data entry into Xero
- Supporting with VAT queries
- Raising, sharing & logging invoices with customers & suppliers
- Resolving any queries raised from customers or suppliers
- Processing Expenses, Rebates and Payments
- Assisting the MD & external accountants with their month / year-end duties
- Answering telephones/emails and dealing with queries
- Chasing payments over the phone and via email
- Running a small weekly & monthly payroll
