Sales Administrator

Alma Personnel have been instructed by their Rugby based client, a specialist in their field of work to recruit for an experienced Sales Administrator to be based on site.

You will be joining the company at a very exciting time in their journey to succeed as market giants.

Salary being offered is between £22k and £23K depending on your experience plus the opportunity to earn bonuses based on your set performance targets. Full potential to progress your career within the department you will be working in.

Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 5.30pm, early finish on Fridays!

You will be supporting the sales teams whilst providing admin assistance to the Ops department when required.

A very much a customer focused role, assisting them with any sales queries, logging quotation requests and contact details together with the enquiry itself.

Provide quotations and pricing from suppliers to the sales department, whilst following up on already submitted quotations.

Process all sales orders ensuring they are logged and stored on in house system.

Assist with the answering any calls and general admin duties as and when required.

We are looking at somebody who is confident, out going and has very good attention to detail, can follow clear instructions and act proactively. Must have good IT skills, use of Office suite of products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
