Reed Banking are delighted to be assisting a growing specialist lender in their requirements for an experienced Property focussed assistant relationship manager to assist a busy relationship management team.
What the position entails :
- Providing continuous support to the Relationship Management Team - Property.
- Prepare credit applications as requested.
- Accompany RM's on site visits
- Preparation of facility letters.
- Account Opening , KYC checks
- Instructing valuers, monitoring surveyors and solicitors letters as requested.
Experience required:
- At least 2 years experience working in a bank / specialist lender, supporting property finance transactions.
- Organised , methodical nature a proven ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
- Excellent levels of customer service/ client services experience.
