At our Bristol Street Motors Ford Birmingham dealership, we are currently looking for a very talented individual to join our Sales Team as a Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive.

We are offering an excellent salary package with a basic of £20,000 with a OTE of £45,000 plus company benefits including a Commercial Company Van!

Working pattern will include : Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail commercial sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a commercial or B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
