  • Nationally Based - social care
  • Large domestic presence here in the UK
  • UK business: c.500 employees across multiple sites - weekly as well as monthly processing
  • Numerous sites to be worked from (localised travel potentially involved)

Description

Payroll Consultant - Interim

  • Overseeing payroll process - start to finish (payment accuracy, relevant tax/NI applied)
  • Implement new process and procedure - ongoing support for the team and provide training when identifying any gaps in knowledge
  • Analysis, testing and identifying challenges/bottlenecks
  • Compliance checking
  • Supporting continual improvement

Profile

Payroll Consultant - Interim

  • Immediately Available
  • Happy to commit to 12 months (potentially longer)
  • Happy with localised travel within Berkshire (ad hoc)
  • Proven end to end payroll knowledge
  • System implementation exposure - configuration, testing, parallel running etc
  • Strong communication skills
