Introduction
We are working with a Private Equity company who are looking for a high level executive / personal assistant to work with the Chairman & CEO. This role, and all the staff work on a contractor basis and whilst this is a full time permanent position, you would NOT be on company payroll.
Responsibilities
- Direct report - Chairman and CEO
- Excellent organisational skills
- Trustworthy, flexible, reliable, able to keep information strictly confidential

- Excellent communication skills on an internal and external level
- Friendliness, high service orientation, even under time pressure
- High level of initiative and professionalism
- Travel with Chairman and CEO and or Vice-Chairwoman and CMO on an ad hoc basis if and when required
- Independently taking on administrative and organisational tasks for the team in London
- Planning and preparation of client meetings and conferences
- Participation in management team meetings, preparation of meeting minutes
- Ad hoc tasks include and are not limited to client relations and relationship management, scheduling and data management
- Organisation of all travel activities (visas, flight bookings)
- Coordination of appointments
- Maintain firmwide systems and processes
- Present yourself impeccably to reflect Uniquity's clients who are both UK based and will be visiting globally from time to time
- Any other reasonable tasks required by the management team and wider business
Benefits
- Salary - circa £80,000 per annum/depending on experience.
- Discretionary target performance bonus - 10% of salary
- Full expenses package (to be pre-agreed in accordance with HR)
