Executive / Personal Assistant (Please read Job Description)

Introduction

We are working with a Private Equity company who are looking for a high level executive / personal assistant to work with the Chairman & CEO. This role, and all the staff work on a contractor basis and whilst this is a full time permanent position, you would NOT be on company payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Direct report - Chairman and CEO
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Trustworthy, flexible, reliable, able to keep information strictly confidential
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills on an internal and external level
  • Friendliness, high service orientation, even under time pressure
  • High level of initiative and professionalism
  • Travel with Chairman and CEO and or Vice-Chairwoman and CMO on an ad hoc basis if and when required
  • Independently taking on administrative and organisational tasks for the team in London
  • Planning and preparation of client meetings and conferences
  • Participation in management team meetings, preparation of meeting minutes
  • Ad hoc tasks include and are not limited to client relations and relationship management, scheduling and data management
  • Organisation of all travel activities (visas, flight bookings)
  • Coordination of appointments
  • Maintain firmwide systems and processes
  • Present yourself impeccably to reflect Uniquity's clients who are both UK based and will be visiting globally from time to time
  • Any other reasonable tasks required by the management team and wider business

Benefits

  • Salary - circa £80,000 per annum/depending on experience.
  • Discretionary target performance bonus - 10% of salary
  • Full expenses package (to be pre-agreed in accordance with HR)
  • Settling in period - 3 months
