Your Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Building long-lasting client relationships with a variety of different sized companies, learning skills such as negotiation and objection handling, to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Identify and engage with talented candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and helping them secure their ideal roles.
- Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to build a diverse candidate pool.
- Work closely with your team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the Bristol office.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market intelligence to become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
- Attend regular in-person client meetings and networking events on behalf of SThree.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
