We are looking for a dedicated Finance Business Partner to join our client's finance team. This role involves managing the financial accounting function for a newly acquired business and its operating entities. The Finance Business Partner will support the Finance Manager and contribute to the overall financial health of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete assigned month-end processes and procedures accurately and within the designated timeframe.
  • Provide financial information and advice to help the business monitor key reconciliations.
  • Support finance projects, cost-saving initiatives, and various ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Prepare financial statements for business units, including balance sheets, profit & loss, cash flow, and consolidated financial statements.
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process and monthly/strategic forecasting.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and assist with balance sheet reviews and asset verification processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA).
  • Technical accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with inventory or project accounting is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Xero and Excel is desirable.
