Reed HR are exclusively supporting a dynamic and innovative start-up in the IT sector. Due to company growth, they are looking for a HR Manager to build out the HR function to accommodate global needs.

Role Overview: As the HR Manager, you will be an all-rounder, playing a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the company culture. You will oversee talent acquisition, build the learning and development programs, support career progression, employee education, and workplace policies. You will be ultimately responsible for ensuring the employee life cycle consists of growth and workplace fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment specialist to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's growing needs.

Learning and Development:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development programs.
  • Identify training needs and create opportunities for continuous professional growth.
  • Support employees in their career development and progression within the company.
  • Implement performance management systems to track and encourage employee growth.

Workplace Policies:

  • Create, update, and enforce workplace policies to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and foster a supportive workplace culture.
  • Ensure that employees experience growth, engagement, and fulfilment throughout their tenure.

HR Systems Implementation:

  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of a new HR system to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure that the HR system is effectively integrated and utilised across the organisation.

Person specification:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a start-up environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, talent acquisition, and employee development.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Process-driven with a strong focus on creating and optimising HR processes.
  • Experience implementing HR Systems
