Reed accountancy have again recently partnered up with a fantastic business who due to an increased workload are looking for a temporary candidate to join their team for around 3 months. The right candidate will be have previous experience working in an accounts role and will be used to dealing with a high volume workload.
Duties
- Allocating payments to correct files
- Dealing with any payments which have not been identified
- Dealing with the shared inbox for the team and dealing with any queries which arise
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with upto 400 payments per day during busy periods
Experience
- Previous accounts experience
- Intermediate Excel experience (V -lookups/Pivot Tables)
