My client is a dynamic and fast-growing, privately-owned international group subsidiaries. We are seeking a talented and driven FP&A Analyst – Commercial (12-month Fixed Term Contract) to join our Group Finance team.
This newly created position is a fantastic opportunity to partner with our Commercial team—the largest and most complex centralised function within the Group. You'll be supporting core areas such as International Business Development, Sales, and Marketing, all of which directly impact our success across the globe.

Duties and responsibilities
Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in developing and coordinating the Commercial budget, working across international teams to confirm recruitment targets and delivery costs.
Collaborate with the Commercial management team to finalise right-sized budgets in line with the Group timetable and institutional expectations.
Assist in presenting budget proposals to institutional stakeholders, managing feedback and negotiating adjustments to achieve final agreement.
Manage the monthly recharging process for Commercial services to group institutions, working with internal stakeholders and finance departments.
Assist with monthly forecasting for Commercial cost centres—identifying risks, opportunities, and ensuring accurate representation in forecasts.
Compile and analyse data from diverse sources to support performance reviews and provide insights into recruitment and financial performance.
Aid the Commercial team in preparing business cases for new initiatives and projects.
Monitor project capital expenditure, ensuring accurate application of capitalisation rules and adherence to budget/business case parameters.
Provide ad hoc financial support to the Senior Finance Business Partner and wider Commercial team as needed.
Experience and qualifications
- 2–4 years' experience in a similar FP&A or commercial finance role
- Background in budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, and financial modelling
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Confidence in presenting financial data visually and communicating insights clearly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment
- Self-motivated with strong initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
