We are currently supporting our client who is looking for an Interim Children's Hub Manager to support their services through a turnaround project with a strong focus on supporting the current staff.
?? Requirements ??
- Ofsted experience
- Extensive management experience of children's homes
- Strong experience in change management & turnaround
- Empathetic management style/role model for staff
- NVQ level 5 in children and young people
- DBS on the update service
