As a Pricing & Contracts Administrator you'll manage product price list renewals, price agreements, quotations and other contractual activities for the UK, Ireland and International markets.

Job Title: FrenchPricing & Contracts Administrator

Location: Ashford, Kent

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm with 45 minutes for lunch, Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm with 1 hour for lunch

Hybrid working: Yes once fully trained, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

As a Pricing & Contracts Administrator your duties and responsibilities would be to:

  • Maintain and update product price lists with business agreed prices into Oracle.
  • Investigate and respond to internal and external customer pricing requests & queries.
  • Complete and distribute all quotations, ensuring all price agreements are processed and approved through the UK Pricing Tool and financial approval.
  • Support the tender process on a daily basis
  • Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.

Ideal skills and experience for the position:

  • Bi lingual French & English
  • Previous experience with managing the pricing lists for a company
  • Contract Admin experience would be an advantage but not essential
  • The ability to plan and prioritise own daily workload to ensure that any business deadlines are met.
  • Excellent attention to detail
