We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, primarily working within the Belfast area. This role involves travelling to various homes to perform small painting jobs. If you are a detail-oriented and performance-driven professional, we encourage you to apply today.

Day to day of the role:

  • Carry out painting to a high-quality standard.
  • Respond to maintenance requests as needed.
  • Work within a performance-driven environment and meet tight deadlines, ensuring contractual deadlines are delivered.
  • Communicate effectively with management and the Quantity Surveyor.
  • Itemise and execute work in customers' dwellings and premises.
  • Travel across Northern Ireland as required.
  • Interact with the general public professionally, ensuring all customers are treated with dignity and respect.
  • Uphold Data Protection Policies.
  • Undertake additional duties as necessary for the efficient running of the business.
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified in a relevant trade with suitable certification.
  • Hold a valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Experience in the construction and painting industry.
  • Demonstrated experience working on Social Housing contracts.
