Pay rate: £12.00ph
Contract: ASAP - January 28th - possible extension.
Shifts: Looking for someone who is fully flexible who can work 4-5 days out of the 7. We have 0700-1400 and 1345-2100. Must be willing to commit to at least 2 weekends out of the month.
Location: Oxford train station

Please note this role can be quite psychically demanding, you must be comfortable in lifting and pushing.
Our Customer Service Assistants, will provide a First-class service to our passengers whilst ensuring their safety at all times.
You will Pro-actively seek to help customers. As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at Oxford station. You will have a part in assisting with station ramps and helping with luggage and wheelchair use. You will also help the public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care!
You will be involved in....
- Pushing of wheelchairs
- Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station
- Helping with station ramps which you will be fully trained on
- Luggage assistance
- Supporting customers needing assistance
- Ensuring the safety of the station environment
