Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch service and expert knowledge in managing sales calls, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we want you on our team.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Handle inbound sales calls, understanding customer needs and offering solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and maintain the CRM system.
- Process orders from e-commerce platforms with precision.
- Manage sales orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely product delivery.
- Track shipments and communicate updates to customers and suppliers.
- Provide technical product advice and support to customers.
- Monitor inventory and manage stock replenishment.
- Create reports and track KPIs using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Stay informed about new products and services.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and sales, ideally in B2B or e-commerce.
- Strong technical product knowledge and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with CRM and order processing systems is a plus.
- Independent and team-oriented with a proactive approach.
