This is a fast paced, PE backed business, that is on a growth trajectory and as a result, are now looking to strengthen their People team with a newly created Group Regional People Partner role. A permanent opportunity where the client is looking for someone to start on a FTC basis with them asap.
Made up of 13 businesses, this role sits in the Professional Services division which supports 900 employees. Reporting into the People Director and working alongside another Regional People Partner in the division, this role will partner 2/3 of the businesses, run by separate MD's.The main locations for this role are Bristol, Exeter and London so flexibility is key! The ideal is one day in London, one day in Bristol, one day in Exeter per week and then two days home working.
Key Background:
- Experience in a similar role with a progressive commercial organisation
- You can challenge leaders to make better decisions (in a nice way!)
- Credible and experienced HR Business Partner able to work across multiple sites
- CIPD level 7 or equivalent.
- Commercially focused to get under the skin of a business and focus on business outcomes.
- Experience of leading through business change & transformation.
- Have a progressive, pragmatic & non-bureaucratic approach to HR.
- High quality stakeholder management
- Able to lead and facilitate projects and initiatives, and embed change
- Able to use data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive decisions
- Every solution keeps in mind the best employee experience possible
