£90,000 Per Annum + Bonus + 33 holidays
Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 12.30pm

The company are a highly profitable international organisation with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, supplying into a large number of blue-chip organisations. This role will provide you with the opportunity to manage multiple projects with a deal value in excess of 1 million pounds within a manufacturing company at the forefront of their sector.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross functional teams in order oversee and manage various engineering projects, including continuous improvements to production equipment and processes, changes to buildings & facilities and installation of production equipment.
As part of the role, you will also collaborate with technical and operations directors to pinpoint tactical prospects for enhancing lean competencies, optimising output, and cutting expenses, whilst fostering a collaborative work environment that enhances teamwork and professional growth.
This role would suit a senior engineer with experience in project engineering, continuous improvements and strategic planning within a manufacturing environment, looking for the opportunity to progress into an operations manager or directorship role in the future.

-Experience managing diverse projects within a manufacturing environment
-Experience implementing continuous improvements
-Experience forward planning / strategic planning within manufacturing
-Mechanical/Electrical Qualification - Either background is acceptable
-Degree, apprenticeship or HNC / HND background is acceptable
