Post Production Director - Freelance Outside IR35
My client are a very well known global publishing house who are looking for someone who has fantastic post production experience to come and join their team!
- Role Overview: Manage post-production operations across Europe and Middle East, ensuring smooth, efficient execution of multi-market commercial productions. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and market video leads.
- Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple projects, track progress, allocate resources, coordinate vendors, and provide feedback on post-production processes. Maintain clear communication and quality control throughout.
- Collaboration & Management: Work with global teams, manage freelancers/vendors, and ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and technical workflows.
- Desired Skills: Expertise in post-production, project management, leadership, problem-solving, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Airtable. Prior people management experience required.
- Qualifications: Strong communication, organisational skills, and ability to adapt quickly in a deadline-driven environment. Experience in global, client-based commercial projects and cross-market collaboration essential.
OUTSIDE IR35, £400 A DAY, OCTOBER START, HYBRID LONDON.
