Assistant Lettings Manager
Salary: £26k+ (negotiable for the right candidate) + OTE + company benefit package.
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 17.30pm (Alternative Sat 9am - 16.30pm with a lieu day)
MUST have full UK driving licence and own transport to apply!

You will already have a proven background within lettings and have a proven track record in property appraisals and can motivate a team.
This would be a great opportunity for a Senior lettings Negotiator that is looking for that next step in their career into management.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out property appraisals and viewings.
- Liasing with landlords and tenants.
- Negotiating offers.
- Assisting the Manager in driving the branch forward.
- Motivating and overseeing the team of negotiators in their day-to day duties.
- Negotiating tenancy renewals.
- Ensuring all legislative and compliance is followed.
- Updating the inhouse CRM system accurately.
- Generating new business opportunities.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Great communication skills with the ability to build strong business relationships.
- Proven lettings background and proven track record in property appraisals.
- Good knowledge of Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.
- Real people person that enjoys cultivating a great team environment.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport (mileage paid)
- Great IT skills inclusive of Word and using inhouse CRM systems.
- Driven, self-motivated and personable.
