Our client, a picturesque golf club located near Reigate, are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to work within their kitchen.
The position involves working 5 out of 7 days, primarily on daytime shifts with occasional evening functions.
Duties include:
- working in each section of the kitchen
- assisting with stock take
- accepting and checking delivers
- supporting junior team members
- carrying out ad hoc duties when requested by senior members
of the team
