In this role, you will have primary responsibility for marketing strategy, social media, public relations, graphic design/print, website design/development, SEO optimisation, and digital marketing.
As the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, you will lead and be responsible for the effective and efficient management of a multi-skilled Marketing Team. Your main focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of delivery for our customers. Working closely with the Senior Management Team and Leadership Team, you will contribute to the overall development and implementation of our client's long-term vision, strategic direction, and business plan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop marketing and business intelligence expertise and support across the organisation.
- Manage the website, digital platforms, and systems implementation and development.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships, networks, and internal relationships to deliver corporate and operational plans.
- Lead the annual budgeting process for your service area and ensure good practise in budget and financial management.
- Use market research to identify and evaluate strategies to improve customer satisfaction, experience, and retention.
- Manage the design and production of marketing and promotional materials, maintaining consistency in the corporate brand identity.
- Provide training and support to colleagues across the organisation in relation to intelligence and marketing tools/processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Marketing and Communications.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing digital platforms and implementing new technologies.
