Insurance sales executive

We are currently looking for a sales executive to join a national commercial insurance advisor looking to strengthen their current customer outreach. The following role will play a pivotal position in underlining & outlining the existing benefits available with numerous financial service plans available. This role will have a large impact on consumer on boarding & retention, & will be actively targeted on the maintenance of service levels.

Client Details

The client we are currently representing are a national insurance broker who own multiple branches across the UK, mainly the NW.

Description

Key responsibilities will consist of:

  • Drive sales of a range of commercial insurance products through upselling, cross-selling, and warm lead engagement.
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs while upholding Customer Duty principles.
  • Provide expert advice and support throughout the insurance sales journey.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Identify and document vulnerable customers, providing appropriate guidance and referrals when needed.
  • Achieve SLA, KPI, and sales targets, along with other company-set objectives.
  • Maintain excellent quality assurance scores while prioritizing the customer's best interests.
  • Manage time effectively in line with business requirements.
  • Handle ad-hoc questions and tasks as they arise.
  • Follow up on inquiries received via website, mail, and phone.
  • Offer support to the wider department as needed.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated success in telephone-based insurance sales.
  • Consistently met or exceeded sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance sector, including both sales processes and claims management.
  • Persistent and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to collaborate within a team.
  • Adaptable to managing dynamic daily workloads.
  • Highly accurate in recording and documenting information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proprietary client management systems, capable of multitasking between electronic record-keeping and client communication.
  • Extensive experience working within FCA regulations and process standards, while maintaining excellent customer service.

Job Offer

  • A basic starting salary of £28475
  • Uncapped commission, realistic OTE of 40k/50k
