Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Swindon. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our housing and support services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will lead a dedicated team, manage resources effectively, and work closely with stakeholders to achieve our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Services: Oversee the delivery of housing and support services in Swindon, ensuring they meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Service Improvement: Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance the quality and efficiency of our services.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of staff, providing guidance and development opportunities to ensure high performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on service performance, using data to drive improvements and achieve targets.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and partners to foster collaboration and support.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant legislation.
  • Travel: Travel between three scheme sites as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a service management role, preferably within the housing or social care sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality services and continuous improvement.
  • Full driver's license and access to own vehicle required.
